3.1.1 You are solely responsible for all video files and metadata (folders, tags, notes) you manage using This Software. TagVid claims no ownership of your imported media.

3.2 Data Loss Disclaimer

3.2.1 As This Software operates as a local tool without cloud backup functionalities, we are not liable for any data loss caused by device formatting, software uninstallation, app updates, or hardware damage. You are strongly advised to back up your original videos regularly.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Ownership

4.1.1 All intellectual property rights related to This Software (including but not limited to UI design, source code, logos, and graphics) belong exclusively to TagVid and its operators.

5. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

5.1 Service "As Is"

5.1.1 This Software is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties regarding absolute stability, lack of errors, or compatibility with all devices.

5.2 Liability Limits

5.2.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use This Software.

6. Agreement Updates and Termination
